Re-Fund

You can cancel orders that have been paid if we do not process / activation. Or if there are other errors on our part that causes your order can not be used (eg: domain name registration error from our side). Or by one or another reason your order can not we meet (eg: domain registration is rejected, the domain failed to be extended because it was too long expired, etc.).

If the error is at your side (eg: you either complete domain name when ordering, and we register the domain name to order), then this order can not direfund.

We can only refund back to the account with the name of the original sender + number (if via ATM / Internet banking) or the sender's name (if in cash, with news from the sender) or to the appropriate client accounts listed in our system. We could not do to any other third party's account except upon formal request in writing (letter + stamps) from the leadership of the company.
