Why won't the billing system accept my new password?

If you are trying to change passwords for the billing system and it won't accept the new password you're giving it, please remember the following guidelines:

The password must be a combination of letters and numbers.
It must be at 6 - 16 characters long.

In addition, the billing system requires that a new password start with a lowercase letter.
